One Black and White Necklace...A Week's Worth of Fantastic Looks

We all want to look great when we travel without taking our whole closet with us. As a jewelry designer, I have found that a bag of wonderful accessories means you can take a lot fewer clothing pieces. I am heading to Boston this week and will be taking this necklace: Black and white shell pearls in my trinkets style ($350). Shell Pearls are fabulous stones I discovered last year which are made from reconstituted (meaning ground up!) Mother-of-Pearl, shaped and laquered. Real pearls in these sizes and shapes would cost a fortune! Then I will take my "wardrobe" of pendants (shown here in faceted onyx and sterling silver; amber and African batik bone; magnasite [look alike turquoise] cross and crystal; dream agate and crystal; and jumbo red coral with African batik bone, prices range from $75 - $250 for the pendants) along with matching black and white shell pearl earrings and two more pairs of earrings in red and turquoise. For bracelets, I wear three bangles in red, black and turquoise resin, layering and switching them up. I'll take basic black skirt, top and pants, one black and white jacket, one red shirt, one long floaty black gauze layering tank and one yellow scarf, one pair of boots and one pair of flat shoes. My small size suitcase will weigh about 20 lbs and that's with my workout clothes in there, too. And I get compliments everyday. And all of these pieces sail right through airport security without so much as a ding!
Try it and let me know how goes!
Happy Traveling!
